The agreement between you and Two Towers Studio for playing Zoms.
Last updated: 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game Zoms and related services provided by Two Towers Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or playing Zoms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not play. Your use of Zoms is also subject to the Privacy Policy and to the terms of the platform you purchased it through (e.g. Steam / Valve).
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Zoms for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the game except as expressly permitted by law.
Access to Zoms requires a valid platform account (such as Steam). You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must meet the minimum age required in your country to play and to agree to these Terms.
Zoms is an online multiplayer game. To keep it fair and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
Zoms may let you communicate with other players (text and voice chat) and create in-game structures or characters. You are solely responsible for content you create or transmit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display such content as needed to operate the game. We do not pre-screen player communications and are not responsible for content shared by other players.
Zoms may include in-game items, currency (such as "Marks"), characters, and progress ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within the game. We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items, and may reset, wipe, or rebalance game data, particularly during Early Access development.
Zoms is an online game offered in Early Access and is under active development. It may contain bugs, incomplete features, and content that changes over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and the game, servers, or features may be modified, suspended, wiped, or discontinued at any time. We may need to take servers offline for maintenance or updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoms is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You play at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Towers Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) Zoms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Zoms at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the game or a service. You may stop playing at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
Zoms and all related content — including its name, artwork, characters, code, and audio — are owned by Two Towers Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. Certain third-party assets are used under license from their respective owners.
We may update these Terms as the game develops. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and may be announced in-game or on this site. Continued play after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
